The cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere were great. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fact that the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. the bed was comfortable and made for a good night's sleep.
The room was incredibly small and felt cramped. the lack of hand soap in the bathroom was a bit of a turn-off.

The room was alright and clean, with a view of the surroundings from the upper floor. The location was also great, near shops and restaurants, and within walking distance to a nearby river. However, the free coffee machine that was available at the reception was the best of all the services offered.
Our romantic escape was not as advertised. We had to specifically ask for a double bed instead of two twin beds pushed together, and they did not offer any welcome drink as promised.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was a great experience. the location was perfect, with easy access to both Roland-Garros and the center of Paris, making it an ideal base for both tennis enthusiasts and sightseeing travelers like myself. Additionally, the tennis themed décor throughout the hotel added a unique and enjoyable touch to the ambiance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips on local restaurants and transportation options. In fact, we took their recommendation and tried Chez Maselaine, a Lebanese restaurant, and it was absolutely delightful. The peaceful atmosphere and charming patio also made for a pleasant stay. All in all, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it.
I honestly couldn't think of anything that would have made my stay better.
